CANCELLATION POLICY

When making an appointment the time is reserved for you. Please advise in advance if you are running late, unable to attend or need to change your time or treatment. A 30% cancellation fee applies for less than 24 hours notice. A credit card deposit is required for treatments over 1.5 hours.
